Compact system for high-quality parts cleaning
The MAFAC JAVA’s standard sprayflood cleaning process ensures excellent cleaning results. During the cleaning phase, both the partial flooding of the cleaning chamber and the spray cleaning of the components are supported by the patented rotation of the cleaning and feeding system. Immersion cleaning operations are especially effective for components with areas that cannot be reached directly by the cleaning detergent due to undercuts and hidden contours.

MAFAC JAVA Highlights
- The patented Rotating Hot Air Drying System offers unmatched energy efficiency and up to 21% faster drying.
- Servo motor basket drive system permits easy to use basket rotation, counter-rotation, precision oscillation (settable in 10 increments) or for precision components – keep the basket stationary and allow the rotating spray manifold to clean and dry parts.
